Requirements
Responsible for the payroll function and ensures that the payroll process is properly and accurately done
· Being the first point of contact for the external payroll services provider
· Provides all necessary information to the external payroll
· Performs timekeeping and record keeping
· Ensures proper and timely calculation of payroll
· Manages all specific tax- and payroll related matters
· Manages year-beginning payroll-related procedures
· Communicates with employees about changes connecting to payroll benefits and taxation
· Responsible for preparation and review of:
o Tax remittance (monthly and annually)
o Costing reports (monthly/quarterly/annually)
· Last pay and annualization
· Prepares monthly withholding tax report for review and reconciliation of Finance
· Prepares HR related guidelines, manages administration, taxation, ordering and distribution of local fringe benefits (Cafeteria)
· Contributes to personnel administration (joiners, leavers, internal transfers)
Maintains employee records according to policy and legal requirements
· Ensures that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
· Works and coordinates with the Human Resources team on salary, benefits, and payroll related matters
· Responds and answers employee queries relating to payroll, withholding tax, and compensation and benefits
· Assists in the annualization process
· Reports generation

Technical:
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and capacity to learn new technology/systems
· Experience with Maxsoft / MIDO systems or similar

Qualifications [EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE]
· University or college degree, preferably in economics or finance/banking.
· Proven professional experience in HR, preferably in the field of Compensation amp; Benefits and/or Payroll / Accounting in a complex environment.
· Familiar with the Hungarian Labour Code in terms of Compensation and Benefits
Languages
Competent and excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
