What is the role about:

• You will handle international accounting activities within our European hub for the DACH region
• You record business transactions and post operational issues with a focus on P2P (Procurement to Pay): Accounts payable, travel expense accounting, payment transactions
• You support with graduation activities
• You are the contact person for general inquiries, e.g. B. from our tax consultants or inquiries in relation to rental ancillary cost statements
• As a member of an international team, you will work on the ongoing improvement of our processes and can help shape new processes

Requirements

• You have a university degree
• You have completed commercial training, ideally in the field of financial accounts payable
• You have at least three years of professional experience in AP and creditors accounting
• You have good knowledge of financial accounting and are also familiar with the German Value Added Tax Act (travel expenses).
• You enjoy working independently and taking on responsibility, and at the same time you enjoy being part of a committed, international team
• In addition to very good knowledge of MS Office products (especially Excel), you have an affinity for modern software solutions and ideally experience with Oracle NetSuite
• You are solution- and service-oriented and have good German and English language skills
