We are looking for an English Speaking Data Processing Associate dedicated to supporting the software development business. In this role, you will work on analyzing end-user feedback on our client’s products and identifying their strengths and weaknesses. You will also communicate with other teams (including Client HQ) to improve software and product quality.
Key Tasks (80% of the time):
- Daily reading and manual categorization of customer comments based on different factors, on platform and file provided by the client in (language).
- Searching the Internet for information about software or product issues, notifying about news about the brand image.
- Monitoring issue trends with the Client provided dashboard tool.
- Analyzing exceptions generated by the Client system and highlighting them to the Client.
- Working on defined scenarios using tools provided by the Client in order to increase their accuracy in finding user feedback.
- Daily reporting.
Additional responsibilities (20% of the time):- Data analysis and preparation of clear summaries of work results.
- Market research, product comparison, identifying strengths and weaknesses.

Qualifications and experience:
- A minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent, College level preferred.
- Experience in a similar position (reading and understanding customer reviews).
- Have a proven track record demonstrating the skills and qualities outlined in this document.
Languages:
- The tasks above should be carried out in Turkish and English.
- B2 or above level of command is required in both languages.
