The Business Development team makes sure that we’re always supplied with new challenges and projects, to keep the crew excited and the growth of our company sustainable. We are looking for a Client Acquisition Manager to help us grow our client portfolio within Europe by discovering new opportunities and acquiring prospects. Your tasks will be

Together with the Business Development Director you will create a comprehensive and actionable business development plan, encompassing targeted market research, strategic partnership identification and lead generation tactics across Europe. You will introduce Mito Performance and our solutions to new clients across Europe in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability as you meet and/or exceed quotas (yes, we prefer exceeding them, too. Who doesn’t?).

What does all this look like in practice?

  • Develop and execute a detailed sales plan to grow revenue from our markets.
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects. We consider it a great advantage if you have worked for a digital agency and have existing client relationships, also known as a mind-blowing contact list.
  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling (don’t worry, the right people love the right phone calls), schedule meetings and presentations with them to develop strong, ongoing relationships (why else would you call them?)
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential clients
  • Track all sales activities in our company CRM system and keep it current by updating account information regularly
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports
  • Support the coordination of our sales efforts with team members and other departments. If we are running for a promising opportunity, you will help and assist our consultants and experts to deep dive into the prospect’s business and requests to create neat and tidy materials, pricing documents, and everything else required to convince the client that they would love working with us (which they definitely would).
  • Monitor our competition by all means, excluding stalking front of their HQs
  • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive development.


Requirements


  • You have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Or you have been participating in sales and presales processes.
  • You have experience in client service, and a proven ability in prospecting and closing skills and to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Proven track record working in performance marketing (PPC, Programmatic, Media, SEO and Content, Web and Data Analytics). We won’t ask you test questions about specific solutions, but you need to know what the job of a PPC Consultant is.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, fluency in English (and don’t worry if you don’t speak Hungarian. There’s billions of people like you out there, even here at Mito)
  • Probably sounds old, but you have to be proactive and be able to work independently because we don’t want to micromanage you (you don’t want that either, we presume). However if you ever feel stuck, someone definitely will be there for you.
