Job Description

Here at Mito Next we love creating clever things, working with some of the biggest and most inspiring brands, helping them reach their full potential. We’re infusing their marketing efforts with exciting, new technologies, creating winning marketing strategies and programs with the help of design thinking methodologies. Currently, we’re on the lookout for a well structured, digitally savvy marketing expert to support our client’s digital acceleration by coordinating website content optimization, design customer journeys, sharing analytics-based best practices of web content and marketing communications among markets all over the world.

Requirements

What you will do:

  • Create and maintain a shared knowledge base, something like a ginormous content calendar with the help of your stakeholders. You’ll need to be the king / queen / other preferred type of monarch of the so-called reference library, making sure it’s being used appropriately throughout the local business units.
  • Collect, organize and share best practices from different markets, then help your stakeholders localize them. They will be thrilled to receive insightful PPTs from their beloved monarch!
  • Track performance of pilot CRM use cases and corresponding customer journey-s. And figure out how to do it even better next time, ensuring that visitors of the websites have a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Organize the pre- and post-communication of digital events (such as webinars) or any journey of the previous bullet point and evaluate how it went, based on media reports, Google Analytics and the smiles on viewers’ faces.
  • Full ownership of web content management coordinating different stakeholders (markets, CMS, SEO agencies) to make sure that users get the most effective content through a seamless user journey let it be desktop or mobile.
  • Monitor website analytics and campaign reports to evaluate performance, unearth actionable insights and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Help countries communicate their success stories in an organized way, giving them help in the creation of case studies.

What we expect from you:

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights (we’ve mentioned it twice, so yes, it’s super important).
  • Experience with the planning of user journeys
  • Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and UAT (which is not shorthand for Universal Awesome Things)
  • Be proactive! If you see a missing piece or find something that could be improved, feel free to speak up. Others will appreciate it.
  • Experience working with external partners, including agencies and vendors.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Like a circus juggler, but without the funny costume.
  • Excellent project management abilities and a strong sense of discipline and precision.
  • Even better communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels (and on quite a lot of continents).
  • A strong command of English language (besides your fluent Hungarian), since you will work with colleagues from all over the world.
  • Be ready for some business trips (to UK or Switzerland) bimonthly at least. People will appreciate your Tripadvisor ratings of airport coffee shops.

Benefits

What do we offer?
  • Personal Budget - Annual budget for every employee, one can account for services and products from areas of Health, Sport, Self-development and Travel.
  • Flexibility - 9 to 5(ish). Or 10 to 6. Or whatever. You can manage your time quite flexibly, if you do everything the others need, on time.
  • Home Office - The best of both worlds. We want to make sure to provide a way of working that adapts to your needs and fits your projects as well. As a rule of thumb, everybody works two days per week from the office. The other three depend on you, your manager and the stuff you and your team are busy with.
  • Free fruits and snacks - If an apple a day keeps the doctor away, we wouldn't need the health coverage. Anyway, every now and then, there's some fresh fruit and snacks up for grabs.
  • Learning and development - Mito Hackathons, Mito Academy, Mito Brainy, Mito Showcase. There's a lot of events to keep our knowledge fresh - we know, we should invest more time in naming them.
