Here at Mito Digital, we love creating clever things: apps, websites, and other complex digital solutions for clients such as Deutsche Telekom, Wizz Air, OTP, and many others. We are super proud of the things we put together and have fun doing them, but to keep it that way, we need your help.

We have established a new headless CMS team that will deliver our clients exceptional DXP-based products. As a seasoned Full Stack Developer, you will be directly involved in the technology decisions, design, and implementation, as well as the daily development of our future web application projects. The stack is pretty straightforward: React, Next.js, TypeScript, and AWS. You will also play a critical role in mentoring other developers on the team, putting your heads together when going ‘headless’.

• Define, design, and implement the project's architecture while assuring the code's high quality aligns with the overarching strategic goals.
• Participate in the design and development of our digital experience platform product, making it a top-notch experience from start to finish.
• Deliver custom features based on a leading true headless, TypeScript-based CMS.
• Build jaw-dropping frontend applications with React and Next.js that’ll make everyone React, 'What's Next?'
• Develop custom middleware and backend-for-frontend solutions that complement our products.
• Take part in the design, development, and maintenance of our project architecture. We code it, and we run it.
• Facilitate the professional growth of fellow developers through training and mentorship. We are big advocates of lifelong learning.
• Identify and resolve technical impediments, ensuring the smooth progression of the project by navigating through turbulence.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the team through regular problem-solving (and coffee/beer) sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Advocate for the best technical practices within your team, contributing to a technologically forward environment. Rest assured, we will provide the right environment to support you.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills while working effectively with an international team of developers in exemplary English. We also need you to speak fluent Hungarian.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer. Half a stack doesn’t count
• Proficiency with our core tech stack, including React (with Next.js), TypeScript, AWS, and microservices architecture
• A strong backend approach with tangible skills in cloud architecture, databases, DevOps, container technologies, serverless services, etc.
• Passion for quality, testing, and impeccable end results
• Proven track record in mentoring and training other developers. Well-trained dogs don’t count but are very welcome.
