Nokia, Wizz Air, Decathlon, Wigo just to name a few companies with which we at Mito Performance collaborate, managing media, analytics, CRO, SEO, content and other performance marketing projects, basically all over the world. These clever things make us really proud, while the process itself puts a smile on our faces every single day. Okay, most of the days.
Right now we’re looking for a Junior Performance Project Manager, so if you’ve got some experience in project management, and would like to work in an environment where you have the tools to measure everything and really max out digital performance, then please keep scrolling!
Requirements
Your tasks will be to
- Support your project manager colleagues with coordination and reporting, presentation preparation and administrative tasks, such as creating the certificate of completion and project creation in the ERP system.
- Coordinate minor performance projects (SEO, analytics, CRO, content and media) from defining requirements to orchestrating sessions about the lessons learned. Don’t worry, you won’t be the one who creates measurement plans or makes technical SEO audits, however, as a PM, you are responsible for project and team coordination as well as client satisfaction and the overall success of the project. No pressure.
- Manage internal projects related to organizational and process development. You know, improving how we operate.
- Organize the business unit’s events with other colleagues. Fun!
- Participate in the annual budget planning process, which is way less fun than the previous bullet point, but probably more important.
- Hold general onboarding meetings for new colleagues, once have been properly onboarded yourself, of course.
What we expect from you
- You have at least a year of experience in project management and you enjoyed the administrative part too (others might’ve thought you’re strange - we think you’re awesome!)
- You have excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English, as you will have to use both in your day-to-day tasks.
- You are open, precise, and thorough, and you have a solution-focused mindset.
- One of your BFFs is in their mid-thirties and called Excel.
- You feel comfortable with assembling reports.
- You have a systematic personality, understand org charts and processes on the fly.
- You already have a good sense of ownership and are ready to take on challenges.
- You are open to learning new stuff with us.
- You are neither afraid of monotonous work, nor of communicating with a bunch of people.
