Job Description
Chloe O'Shea is working with a niche global CRO who is looking for a dedicated Senior Business Development Director to join their close-knit team! My client has very strong core values which results to a great work environment and very happy staff! My client specializes in Oncology and Rare Disease. You will be working very closely with the Chief Commercial Officer as well as the heads of the commercial department. The successful candidate will be taking the lead on the commercial strategy development for opportunities working collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong Business Development experience in a full-service CRO selling to Biotech companies in Oncology amp; Rare Disease
- Strong track record of winning new accounts and managing existing key accounts
- Previous track record of selling across Europe and the USA
- Experience with attending bid defence meetings
- Proven track record of meeting and overachieving sales targets
