What would be your responsibilities?

• Conducting and analyzing research
• Continuous exploration of social, cultural, and consumer trends, tensions, and insights
• Developing brand and communication strategies
• Moderating workshops, facilitating collaborative thinking and developments
• Writing stellar creative briefs (the creative team will be appalled that this is only bullet nr. 5)
• Continuously supporting and evaluating creative development
• Presenting all of these in an inspiring manner. But we bet that a person like you couldn’t do it any other way.

Requirements

What does the ideal candidate look like?

• An experienced strategist or a professional actively involved in brand and communication strategy as an Account Manager, Creative or Marketer
• Possesses a solid understanding of marketing communication practices and the fundamentals of strategic planning
• Excellent presenter and writer, proficient in English and Hungarian as you will have to use both in your day to day tasks
• Confident personality capable of providing direction and working as part of a team
• Blessed with strong analytical skills and creative thinking
• Open-minded, curious, positive, and proactive attitude
