We are currently looking for a results-driven Merchant Acquiring Operations Manager in Budapest. This role is an opportunity to join our international Operations team, managing our Merchant Acquiring business in Europe and US, in a dynamic and rapidly expanding company. The role holder will be based in Hungary reporting to Head of Operations and will be joining efforts with widely spread Euronet teams globally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage the central operational unit and coach the team members
· Own, develop and maintain the operational processes
· Supervise the daily activities of the central operational unit, including
o Merchant management
oService and terminal management
oIncident and request management processes
· Manage regulatory and internal reporting
· Providing 2nd level support to local operations in different European countries and business teams
· Update and maintain the operational documents
· Represent operation in product and project initiatives
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
· University/College degree and 2-3 years of experience in working in a card or banking environment
· Great problem-solving skills, logical thinking, ability to work under strict deadlines
· Strong interest in working in the card processing industry and developing in this area
· Highly organized with taking the initiative to continuously improve our processes
· Fluency in English (German is an advantage)
