You are in charge as IS to liaise with business stakeholders before any project launch with specific focus on profitability analysis. You understand the business demand, you analyze business processes and you evaluate IS impacts to complete the business case for IS (IS resource plan, IS impacts, IS costs).
As soon as the project is approved, you are accountable to design, build, test and deploy IS solutions. You are coordinating the systems analysis, application development and integration with other IS domains and, 3rd parties partners according to standards and practices defined within NE IS/IT. You report to NE IS Finance manager.
You play a key role in building strong business / technology relationships, taking a ‘hands on’ approach to deliver and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Develop a good understanding of the business requirements for demand and projects that are part of the Accounting and Controlling area
Assess the existing situation and measure gaps from industry standard best practices and competitors benchmark
Take ownership of the solution as IS Subject Matter Expert and make sure we are deploying a core model solutions for Nissan Europe entities
Responsible for delivering the business benefits within quality, time & budget according to Nissan Way project methodologies
Coordinate the solution delivery (with vendors) and integration with NE IS/IT teams (Enterprise Architecture, Service Delivery, IT), with Nissan Global Digital Hub, Renault (Alliance) to maintain alignment with Global IS strategy and Alliance IT standards
Transition to support team once project is live
Document on-going application; transfer knowledge to others as needed and initiate cross-training
Proactively communicates and reports in an effective way
Background Experience and Education:
Education and Training
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience
Experience
10-12 years of IS/IT experience including managing team(s) in accounting and controlling projects implementation or application domain delivery
Mandatory Required knowledge and skills
Mandatory solid experience in SAP and Finance / Controlling
Strong SAP Controlling skills: Cost center accounting; Profit center accounting, IO accounting, Profitability Analysis (COPA), Settlement
Good SAP Finance skills: : FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-AP
Integration knowledge with other SAP modules MM, SD, PC,ML is desired
PC, ML knowledge is a plus
Experience in IS integration with various legacy and connex systems
Solid track of delivering E2E SAP Projects

Automotive industry background
Strong understanding of systems development lifecycle and system implementation methodologies
Demonstrable project management experience and methodologies
Good verbal and written communications skills; able to address business issues and conflicts in a professional, constructive, and non-technical manner
Strong cross-functional communication : ability to build effective partnership with business, suppliers and service partners : flexibility, self-reliance, ability to prioritize and negotiate, customer focus and solutions oriented
Proven leadership ability - in a distributed, cross-functional, multi-cultural environment, and offshore IS Digital hub teams
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities
Commitment to high standards, integrity and ethics
Fluent in English, other language would be a plus
