Job Description

Position Title:

Dutch Customer Support Representative - NEW SERVICE

Location:

Debrecen, Hungary

Working hrs:

8:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday)

40 hours / week

Reporting to:

Service Team Leader

Summary of Role:

As a Customer Support Representative with transcosmos, you will be primarily responsible for providing frontline customer support via phone or email in Dutch/English language, and transferring technical queries to the Technical Support Specialist Team.

Key Duties:

  • In-bound calls and emails from customers and internal departments (via phone/email).
  • Provide timely, high-quality responses to external and internal customer.
  • Respond promptly and accurately regarding escalation resolutions.
  • Provide high level professional Customer Care services in an efficient manner.
  • To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
  • To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
  • To log all calls on the call logging system.
  • Respond to enquiries from clients and help resolve and application hardware or software problems.
  • Ensure that all customer contacts are handled in a timely and effective manner and within SLA.
  • Identify any service related issues and escalate to the Team Leader.

Requirements

  • Fluent Dutch amp; English language skills (both written and oral).
  • Previous Helpdesk/Customer Service experience (ideally supporting IT/Software applications).
  • Good knowledge of IT (Internet browsers, Excel, Microsoft Office and mobile devices).
  • Basic technical understanding of GPS and GSM networks.
  • Highly customer focused with a basic Automotive knowledge.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive problem-solving ability.
  • Knowledge and understanding of call logging software.
  • Good personal organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High School Degree is required
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude.
  • Proactive and confident approach to delivering excellent customer service.
