Role Description :
- Responsible for the production, definition and delivery of Service performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly) both internally and externally.
- Ensuring that reports are completed accurately.
- Distributing all reports to relevant recipients on time.
- Liaising with the Service Delivery Managers regarding all changes/updates to reports.
- Producing ad-hoc reports required by Service Delivery Managers.
- Updating and maintaining the Report Change Control document.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Data Analysis role (preferably in BPO/Call Centre environment).
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Advanced level of knowledge in Excel (calculation, analysis and other tools).
- Knowledge of other with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, etc.).
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good personal organizational skills.
- Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- Flexible to work on a shifting schedule (24/7 support)
