For our financial hub in Hatvan we are now looking for a Financial Analyst Europe.

Responsibilities

• Perform several month-end activities in order to ensure proper allocation of costs on Functions and BU of EU entities;
  
• Produce monthly reports to Head of Finance EU and BU VPs, identify and explain major variances
• Drive the Functions’ EU Forecasting and Budgeting process, ensure deadlines are met and high quality of data is provided. Prepare presentations or provide required data to Functions’ Head
• Track EU HC details, drive the collection of data for budget
• Handle independently ad-hoc requests from the EU HQ located in Switzerland. Direct work with the Head of Finance EU and Sr Manager, Finance Reporting Europe
• Support Financial Analysts in driving and improving financial and management reporting capabilities, leading to enhance business analysis and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Controlling
• At least 5 years’ experience in financial controlling/reporting in an industrial environment
• Fluency in business English (oral and written)
• Hands on personality with inquisitive nature and controlling mindset
• Agility to learn fast in a challenging environment, to adapt to tools, stakeholders
• Accounting fundamentals (IFRS) are an advantage
