Engineering Consultant

• Support the sales team with technical know-how during the customer acquisition process
• Remote demonstration of the company’s product to prospects, preparation of technical aspects of RFIs
• Presentation of new releases, features, solutions
• Conducting online presentations and webinars
• Onboarding of new customers
• Writing summaries of customer interactions
• Processing questions and open issues and closing the loop between Intland’s technical team and our customers to solve problems
• Preparing workflows and customising our product for customers according to their needs
• Preparing POW (Presentation of Work) for new customers with a process description and a proposal for solving their pain points
• Cooperating with marketing to improve marketing materials, communication, videos, and presentations. Contributing technical expertise to support content creation
• Occasional on-site visits at international customers

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in IT, engineering or economics
• 2-3 years experience in the IT/ technology industry in business process consulting, implementation of tools and services or support
• English and Hungarian on a full negotiation/presentation level
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time (when normal life returns)
