IT Sourcing Recruiter

Location: Budapest, Hungary (home office) and Oktogon office

• Perform active sourcing for candidates on LinkedIn, Xing, Facebook, etc.
• Research competitors and market information online
• Look for new channels to find the best talents
• Screen candidates over the phone
• Build candidate pipeline for hard-to-fill technical roles
• Manage candidates through the recruitment process ensuring a great candidate experience
• Follow employer rating portals for updates on Intland
• Maintain accurate documentation on candidate information
• Provide regular reports on activities and market findings
• Participate in regular meetings with the HR team
• Work on employer branding projects

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Psychology, Communications or Economics
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in candidate sourcing in the IT field
• Excellent command of Hungarian and English, German is a strong asset
• Good understanding of basic IT and software terminology
• Quick learner with a problem solving attitude
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Team player
• Accuracy and attention to details
