Digital Marketing Team Lead

• Support the development of marketing plans with specific KPIs across different channels and segments
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies
• Partner with other marketing team members to support the optimization of the design and implementation of lead generation and nurturing campaigns
• Responsible for Webinar and Event Management in close collaboration with Partners, Customers, Analysts and other internal amp; external stakeholders
• Work in partnership with the creative team to develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for public-facing communications
• Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
• 5 years experience developing and executing ROI-driven marketing campaigns in the software industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hungarian and English
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (ideally HubSpot)
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
• Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced international environment
• Willingness and ability to travel
