Lab49 has an opportunity available for aSales Support Analyst.
Role- Generate Deal Pricing Sheets based on guidance from Accounts and Delivery Management- Support Pitch Deck preparation: sourcing collateral, summarizing material, and organizing into a cohesive presentation- Internal and client meeting support: setting up meetings, minuting, and following up on actions.- Coordinating the pre-sales process between Accounts, Deal team and legal drive to deadlines.Capability- Excellent verbal and written communication capability, able to prepare and edit business and client facing documents- High excel proficiency, use of formulas, pivot tables and similar. Comfortable with numeric and data analysis.- High MS Powerpoint proficiency able to use different templates to present and organize information and concepts with an eye for detail and aesthetics- Organized and able to prioritize and work to deadlines.- Quick learner: able to understand new information and concepts and apply to them to pitch material. Comfortable with a feedback culture.- Comfortable working with peers and senior management alike to drive to outcome.Experience- Minimum 3 years professional experience- Sales support experience ideal- PMO or Business Administration experience, creating and tracking budgets- Demonstrated track record of learning, achieving and driving to outcome.Career TrajectoryThis role could lead to a number of potential career opportunities:- Sales and Account management- Delivery Management- Operations and Financial management
