The Role

To help drive this scale, we are expanding our Talent Attraction team across Central and Eastern Europe. Talent Attraction is responsible for strategically partnering with the business to attract and hire top talent, developing a compelling end-to-end candidate experience, and driving Veeva’s employer brand.
We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Talent Partner to attract and hire the best people for our rapidly growing Commercial and Ramp;D Professional Services teams in Budapest. As a core member of the EU Talent Attraction team, you will be the sparring partner for Hiring Managers and will not be bound by traditional recruiting practices we want you to be comfortable thinking (and playing!) outside the box.
Opportunities are available across Europe as this is a Work Anywhere role, including our hub offices (Budapest, Oxford, Frankfurt, Paris, Barcelona).What You'll Do
  • Develop a deep understanding of Veeva’s products and services, and articulate our global impact on the Life Sciences industry to the local market in Hungary
  • Champion our employer brand in Hungary. Combine your local country knowledge with our broader EU Talent Attraction team to deliver internal and external branding initiatives
  • Work with Professional Services Leaders and Hiring Managers to define and drive the recruitment and candidate experience - you are the go-to person for technical services hiring in Hungary and other Central/Eastern European cities
  • Be a true talent advisor and coach for Hiring Managers. You will enable hiring managers to provide an outstanding candidate experience and support them to make the best hiring decisions
  • Build a strong pipeline and engage talent through creative attraction and sourcing channels
  • Lead and execute special projects related to the candidate experience, including interview best practices, Hiring Manager/team training, and tools
  • Leverage data and develop the voice of the customer insights to drive results and continuous improvements
Requirements
  • While this is a Work Anywhere role, we require local hiring experience in Budapest
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting in the Hungarian market, preferably within IT and tech-related roles
  • Strong knowledge of the Hungarian market with the demonstrated ability to establish and nurture ongoing candidate relationships and external talent communities
  • Demonstrated experience across the end-to-end recruitment process, including planning/intake meetings with hiring managers, defining attraction plans, creative sourcing approaches, and structured interviewing
  • Strong project management experience, including change management and training
  • Dynamic communication style with the ability to collaborate successfully with diverse hiring managers and candidates, including strong verbal and writing skills with high attention to detail
  • Can-do mentality to achieve the best results possible within a defined time frame
  • Structured problem-solving skills, using data to help measure progress and impact
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English (full professional proficiency)
