The RoleManage customer communication and seamless integration between Veeva Link and CRM teams. Interact with customerson how to best represent Link and CRM information on a single dashboard for a more effective business process execution. You will design and implement data insight dashboards with front-end technologies based on our MyInsights platform and develop scalable processes for efficient integration and customization of Link data in the MyInsights platform
This is a remote position. What You’ll Do
- Lead customer communication of CRM integration and discuss/advise potential customization options and solution design.
- Build front-end web dashboards and data insights models based on customers’ needs
- Work closely with the Link and MyInsights teams to coordinate and prioritize data matching
- Manage the dialog between Link and CRM teams for integration tasks
- Communicate the benefits of integrated data dashboards to customers with customers
- Support the Link team for CRM integration and matching
- Support the growth of the team over time
Requirements
- 3-5 years of technical experience of agile software development
- Experience with Javascript framework (e.g., Vue, React, Angular)
- Knowledge of CRM IT infrastructure
- Project management experience
- Ability and confidence to lead customer-facing meetings

- Pharmaceutical industry understanding
- KOL database experience
- Manage small development/servicing teams
