The Role
Veeva has been investing in customer success since the founding of the company. To further these efforts, Veeva is now expanding our Customer Success Management (CSM) team. We work alongside our Product, Sales, and Services teams to help customers achieve even higher levels of success.The Customer Success Manager will provide strategic guidance to named OpenData customers to increase the value they get from OpenData products. The CSM will act as a strategic consultant to identify opportunities for improvement and generate the right usage/adoption of OpenData long-term. In addition, the CSM will identify and promote best practices across customers, guarantee customers the right level of OpenData knowledge (actual/future), and identify any product gap.We are looking for members of this team to work with Veeva's most strategic customers across Europe. As a member of the CSM team, you will help to develop the specific strategies, tactics, and processes that will make this team truly valuable to ongoing customer success.To help calibrate the expectations of this team, the Veeva CSM team is not a team of Account Managers that know a little product.It is a team of strategic consultants that know how to identify areas of improvement and have the consulting background to be able to drive progress. Successful candidates have Veeva or other data providers-related consulting experience (delivery/implementation).What You'll Do
  • Engage with the right customer stakeholders for OpenData success
  • Regular Meetings with the right stakeholders
  • Evaluate how customers manage their OpenData investment and identify opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness improvements
  • Support customer with OpenData deep dive and education sessions through reporting and product releases (promote awareness of the latest innovations for each OpenData release cycle)
  • Be the customer advocate for product innovation and work with the OpenData Product Team to identify possible product enhancements from customer feedback
  • Collect and provide OpenData management best practices
  • Be OpenData Product/Services knowledgeable
  • Ensure any issues raised are logged correctly and followed up by the right stakeholders at Veeva
Requirements
  • Demonstrated 5+ years of data experience in the Life Science Industry
  • Proven track record of establishing client-facing relationships as a strategic trusted advisor
  • Must be able to take complex client and vendor concepts and articulate them to an audience of varying technical levels
  • Strong written and verbal skills are essential
  • Strong analytical skills. Ability to process and interpret customer information (product utilization data and customer requirements) to help drive adoption
  • Self-starter who will take ownership of the ongoing success of large clients
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Fluent English
