Job Description

Here at Mito we love creating clever things: full scale, end-to-end services ranging from brand strategy to digital development. At Mito Digital, we design and enhance core digital channels of enterprises, such as websites, mobile applications or kiosks - for clients from several industries all around the world.

The Business Development team makes sure that we’re always supplied with new challenges and projects, to keep team members enthusiastic and the growth of our company sustainable. We are looking for a Sales Project Manager to help us turn opportunities into clients by coordinating the incoming inquiries of leads. You will need to truly understand the expectations and the buying cycle of potential clients so that you can utilize our in-house resources to create relevant and convincing materials.

Requirements

Your tasks will be

  • In a nutshell: turning promising inbound leads into clients.
  • In a somewhat bigger nutshell: participating in the qualification of inbound leads and coordinating the selling process from end to end. This often turns into pitching and / or being invited to an RFP in the topics of user interface design and development.
  • If we are running for a promising opportunity, you will deep dive into the prospect’s business and requests to create neat and tidy materials, pricing documents, and everything else required to convince the client that they would love working with us (which they definitely would).
  • Knowing who is who within Mito and in what way each colleague could contribute to a pitch (worry not, we will tell you about everyone who could be involved in a project, and we even have a nice collection of mugshots in our internal phone directory).

What we expect from you

  • You are familiar with the basics of user interface design (you know, UX / UI) and development. We won’t ask you questions about different methodologies or Jira settings, but you need to know what the job of a backend developer is.
  • You have a few years of experience in a similar role. Or you have been a project manager for years and have managed tenders or participated in (pre-)sales.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English as you will have to use both in your day to day tasks.
  • Probably sounds old, but you have to be proactive and be able to work independently because we don’t want to micromanage you (you don’t want that either, we presume). However if you ever feel stuck, someone definitely will be there for you.
