We're now looking for a new Recruitment Officer to join our expanding European Recruitment Team..
Summary of Position
Recruitment Officers work as part of a collaborative and supportive team in the development of transosmos’ talent pools. In this role, you will be responsible for providing maintaining and improving end-to-end recruitment tasks for all transcosmos employees and contractors.
Main Duties
- To analyze, plan, and manage recruitment programs and hiring processes to ensure the service provided within the department meet the needs of the organisation.
- Establish recruiting requirements by fully understanding transcosmos’s business plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss their needs.
- Sourcing and attracting multilingual candidates through various channels including database search, social media, job boards, referrals etc
- Screen candidate job applications
- Qualify candidates via telephone interviews/pre-screening calls to evaluate job suitability
- Perform recruitment placement activities including test administration, screening / conducting interviews and making recommendations regarding the suitability of candidates for employment
- Monitor and apply recruiting best practices; Understand local legislation; enforce EEO regulations with hiring managers; recommending new procedures; conducting interview training where needed.
- Maintain accurate records/reports of new hires and their endorsement to operations teams, requiring these inputs.
- Promote company’s reputation as best place to work
Requirements
- 3yrs+ Recruitment experience (ideally within SSC/Contact Centre/External Recruitment Agency)
- Experience sourcing from multiple channels to hire multilingual talent across Poland
- A target-driven approach and strong work ethic
- Flexible, adaptable, organized and target-driven personality to be able to meet tight deadlines and ramp-ups
- Ambitious, determined and self-motivated to work under minimal supervision as part of a European Team
- Ability to communicate professionally and confidently at all levels, both externally and internally
