Requirements

Your tasks will be

• You will take care of the everyday finances at Mito. It’s a lot, but don’t worry, you’ll be a part of a fantastic team.
• Issuing outgoing invoices and managing accounts receivable.
• Monitoring incoming invoices.
• Managing master data of payables and receivables in our ERP system (It’s called Maconomy. Beautiful name, isn’t it?).
• Accounting of bank transfers, fixed assets and even more.

What we expect from you

• We need you to have a strong background in finance.
• You should have a degree in finance / accounting or at least some years of experience where you had the opportunity to gain this knowledge.
• You have to have at least five years of experience in a similar role in order to be confident in your job - we will rely on you, because well, you’re great.
• Besides Hungarian you should speak some English - you won’t use it on a daily basis, but we have international clients, who sometimes ask funny questions about finances, and Art Directors can’t answer them.
• You should love spreadsheets. If not, you should at least be a pro in Excel, even while hating it.
• You should love ERP systems even more. Don’t worry, if you’re not familiar with Maconomy, we’ll help you out.
• What you should love the most is being a team player in a truly great and buzzing environment.

What you can expect from us

• You will have uneven working hours. Meaning the first week of the month is always busier, but you probably already know that if you have experience in finance.
• Do you prefer working from home after the pandemic? Then this is your opportunity! However every once in a while we would like you to join us at the office (every 1-2 weeks or so).
