Summary of Role:
As a Customer Support Representative with transcosmos, you will be primarily responsible for providing frontline customer support via phone or email in Dutch/English language, and transferring technical queries to the Technical Support Specialist Team.
Key Duties:
- In-bound calls and emails from customers and internal departments (via phone/email).
- Provide timely, high-quality responses to external and internal customer.
- Respond promptly and accurately regarding escalation resolutions.
- Provide high level professional Customer Care services in an efficient manner.
- To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
- To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
- To log all calls on the call logging system.
- Respond to enquiries from clients and help resolve and application hardware or software problems.
- Ensure that all customer contacts are handled in a timely and effective manner and within SLA.
- Identify any service related issues and escalate to the Team Leader.
Requirements
- Fluent Dutch amp; English language skills (both written and oral).
- Previous Helpdesk/Customer Service experience (ideally supporting IT/Software applications).
- Good knowledge of IT (Internet browsers, Excel, Microsoft Office and mobile devices).
- Basic technical understanding of GPS and GSM networks.
- Highly customer focused with a basic Automotive knowledge.
- Enthusiastic and proactive problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge and understanding of call logging software.
- Good personal organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High School Degree is required
- Self-motivated and positive attitude.
- Proactive and confident approach to delivering excellent customer service.
