Technical Trainer
Intland Software, Hungary

• Establish and maintain a sound knowledge level of the structure and features of codeBeamer and codebeamerX
• Design and implement training curricula and corresponding certification system
• Prepare training and certification materials
• Deliver training courses to internal colleagues, including new hires
• Deliver training courses to external clients and partners
• Conduct on-line and on-site trainings
• Gather and analyse feedback from participants

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in technical field
• A minimum of 3 years of software training experience
• Strong communication skills, engaging and service oriented personality
• Passion to teach, train, and motivate
• Ability to understand complex enterprise software
• Result-oriented and focused, agile personality who is not afraid of taking ownership and responsibility
• Excellent command of Hungarian and English, German is a strong asset
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 40%
