What is your mission?
The mission for our Logistics Strategist is to help develop the best operations team in Europe, focusing on back office strategy decisions. They will work with the Global Logistics Team.
The Logistics Strategist will understand the challenges we face, and deliver solutions that fit with our global vision. They will understand the bigger picture of a team and be prepared to learn from other region’s best practices. In Hungary, the Logistics Strategist will help understand the tickets we solve, help us improve our processes, and help move more and more of our operations in-house.
Ideally this person is knowledgeable in Logistics Operations, and is willing to be get creative with their approach. This person should work towards a team that will be scalable and can rise to any challenges that may come their way.
Their performance will be assessed based on the success of the Operations teams. This means considering the turnover rate of staff, the SLA targets we set, the control they have over our stock levels, and their ability to continuously improve the team.
