For our Shared Service Center in Hatvan we are now looking for an Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities
- To access, review, process and archive documents already existing either on local drives, third party servers or in paper form to ensure compliance with relevant European VAT (Value Added Tax) regulations and legislation
- Maintaining precise databases on the progress and status of projects
- Digitalising physical documents
- Communication with the respective departments and third parties in case of incorrect documentation
- Accept and process new materials in accordance with the respective administrative guidelines
- Other projects and duties as needed
Requirements
- 1-2 years relevant experience of office support work
- Fluent English and Hungarian language skills (both oral and written) are required, every other foreign language is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but it’s not a must
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Ability to effectively manage time, set priorities and work independently
- Ability to express oneself in written and oral communication in a clear and concise manner
- Strong project and program organizational skills
- Accuracy and great attention to details
