QA and IT Security Officer

• Preparation and conducting of audits (certification and surveillance) on an annual basis with selected certification bodies
• Preparation, road mapping of regular internal audits, train internal auditors, conduct internal audit and prepare inputs for management reviews
• Collaborate with DevOps and Development teams to comply with security measurements
• Maintain Policies, Manuals, SOPs and SSPs, execute changes, manage change controls
• Prepare new training materials for awareness raising and knowledge sharing, information about roles and responsibilities
• Participate in new hire onboarding for quality and security briefings

Requirements

• University Degree preferably in Engineering with the specialisation for TQM
• Work experience as QA Manager and IT security manager for 5+ years
• Business fluent English and Hungarian
• Proven knowledge of standards
• Good understanding of IT related processes
• Collaborative attitude
• Good sense for prioritisation, urgency, risk taking
• Understanding the big picture and goals/objectives, while understanding the break down of measurement to execution level.
• High confidentiality, integrity, taking responsibilities for certifications
• Goal oriented, straight communicator
