What is your mission?

The mission for our Partnership Manager is to actively search strategic, value added partnerships. He/she should be tracking the market and find the best partners that will help us bring the best experience for our customers. We need to keep our partners informed and make sure they are providing our customers the kind of service we can stand behind.

The Partnership manager will have a deep understanding of our CR processes and keep contact with our biggest merchants and the banks. He/she would understand the challenges we face, and deliver solutions that fit with our global vision. They will understand the bigger picture of a team and be prepared to learn from other region’s best practices.

Ideally this person is knowledgeable in key account management and have a strategic thinking.

The performance will be assessed based on the new partnerships, the satisfaction of our merchants and overall in managing our leads.

Requirements

What is your story?

You should have some knowledge of key account management and ideally you are eager to learn and improve every day. You should behave like a leader and be willing to take charge of different projects at once.You will be the gold medallist (aim to impossible), behave like an owner, deliver great results, and have a strong teamwork mindset.

The best part about you is that you are very independent, a quick learner, and someone who is not afraid to take ownership of your project.

Fluency in English and Hungarian is a requirement. Ideally you can speak another European Language.
