We are currently looking for a Customer Engagement Manager who assures that a huge amount of content for our client is personalized enough for people to actually read it, not just scroll it through. Requirements
Your tasks will be:
- Analyze, define and orchestrate the customer communication practice (e-mails, push notifications, etc) cross-functionally (corporate speak for other human beings in different fields).
- Review and implement relevant messages for all customer communications, customer and commercial strategies.
- Analyze performance of the communication and derive improvement actions.
- Envision, create and implement personalized digital experiences for customers, which deliver greater satisfaction (like emails people love to read, or push notifications which make your thumb itch).
- Collaborate with the Digital, Customer and Commercial teams. Coordinate the product strategy, roadmap and initiative with vendors and internal stakeholders to create a world-class omni-channel customer experience.
- Benchmark the market continuously for new technologies and practices available for channel orchestration and personalization.
- Constantly monitor the users and subscribers of digital platforms. Define strategy and actions in accordance with the digital ambitions of our client.
We need you to have:
- College or university degree, preferably in Digital, Economics or Marketing.
- 3-5 years experience in a multinational environment, preferably in web / mobile application development, customer engagement or personalization.
- Track record of a successful cross-functional project. Experience in leading multi-layer teams, both in direct and matrix structures.
- Fluent English language knowledge, as you will work with colleagues from all over the world (you’ll be able to say hello in forty languages in no time!).
- The ability to work in cross functional teams.
