Job Description

Mito has grown from 3 guys, averaging an age of 27, to 10+ teams, with just under 200 people dreaming up the most clever things our clients have ever seen. We provide full scale, end-to-end services in four business units, ranging from brand strategy all the way to digital development. At Mito Digital, we are enthusiastic about designing and enhancing core digital channels of enterprises on different kinds of interfaces, including web, mobile or kiosks.

We have a team of experienced professionals covering the areas of UX Design, UI Design, Backend and Frontend Development, DevOps, Project amp; Product Management and Business Development with a headcount of ~70. Right now we’re looking for a Talent Partner to join our Digital business unit and be responsible for elevating the unit’s HR strategy and processes.

Requirements

As a Partner:

  • Support one of our biggest business unit’s needs and be the first point of contact for our employees, future colleagues and their hiring managers.
  • Being the supporting foundation to your hiring managers: remember that this is your domain and that your experience and expertise will always be heard and appreciated.
  • Follow-up the onboarding, integration, and well-being of the newcomers.
  • If you feel that you have any further ideas about how we could be more efficient and well-organised, we are always ready to listen.

As a Recruiter:

  • Searching for talent out there, including those actively looking for their dream job and those who are just open to having a cup of coffee. You will be the first to say hello to them.
  • Develop a caring relationship with applicants, because who knows when you’ll bump into each other (you can make a first impression only once - and a second one as well).
  • Handling the incoming applications: there will be recommendations, direct applications from the website and you will receive some emails and probably a few phone calls too.
  • Making sure that during the interview process everything runs smoothly and everyone is up-to-date, should it be an HR round, technical assessment, homework presentation or a meeting at the client’s office. We bet you our lunch money that you will have the icons of Zoom, Skype, Teams, Meet, WebEx and Blue Jeans all sitting neatly in your dock in no time.

We need you to have

  • A good amount of experience in recruiting for various digital or tech related roles (e.g. product managers, digital project managers, UX designers, business analysts, frontend developers, etc.)
  • Fluent English, since you will need to use it on a daily basis with hiring managers, foreign colleagues and non-Hungarian native applicants.
  • Be able to adapt: depending on the position you are recruiting for, the process might be a bit different, with varying steps ‘til the finish line (and by might we mean it surely will).
  • Be able to handle complex situations with empathy and patience and understand the needs of the hiring managers as well as other (and future) team members.
  • A sense of ownership. We won't tell you how to do your thing: you're the expert and we will rely on you to complete our hiring needs and improve our processes while you’re at it.
