Senior IT Talent Aquisition Specialist
Intland Software, Hungary

Location: 1-2 days/ week in our Oktogon office, rest of the week: home office

• Source and recruit high-quality technical candidates, mostly developers
• Responsible for a steady flow of candidates across all stages of the recruitment process
• Identify and use creative recruitment channels beyond LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
• Build LinkedIn network and keep candidates engaged with the Intland brand
• Support Sourcing Recruiters in their sourcing activities
• Pre-screening and assessing candidates over the phone, keeping them engaged and motivated through the entire process
• Adhere to industry standard and internal KPIs
• Lead some of the HR interviews

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• At least 3-5 years of experience with active sourcing
• Business fluent Hungarian and English skills
• Familiarity with and willingness to learn more about software development technologies, high IT affinity
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to handle a large volume of specialized searches
• Ability to handle ambiguity and changing priorities
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Solution-focused, quick learner
