What is your mission?
The mission of our field technician is to create the best service possible for our merchants. You will be doing everything from setting up and preparing the terminals until delivering it and helping with the installation if necessary. In order to provide the best service for our merchants, you would ensure the appropriate stock level, ensure the integrity of our inventory data and also solve merchant support requests. There is always room for improvement and you want to find those opportunities and introduce your ideas.
Your performance will be assessed based on the attitude you bring to work every day, as well as your ability to maintain a positive relationship with the merchants. A good proxy for judging this will be the number of problems raised by merchants that are linked to a logistic error; the fewer the problems the better. In addition, we will evaluate your impact based on how well you are able to identify areas of improvement.

What is your story?
You don’t need to have a lot of experience in the fintech or logistics industry as long as you are eager to learn and improve every day, we welcome your application.
You will be the gold medallist (aim for the impossible), behave like an owner, deliver great results, and have a strong teamwork mindset. The best part about you is that you are very flexible, a quick learner, and someone who is not afraid to take ownership of your project.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English amp; Hungarian,
- Category B Driver’s licence is a must
- You are great at working collaboratively in a team environment (your role will require working with our partners, as well as other teams)
- Generally tech-savvy person
- Right to work in Hungary
