UX Project Manager

At Mito Digital, we are super proud of the tools and campaigns we create: apps, websites and other complex digital solutions for telcos, lottery companies and aviation brands all over the world. We think that the best user experiences have at least one trait in common: they have been experienced by actual people. For that to happen, our Design Delivery Team is looking for someone with project manager skills and a secret crush on UX. If that sounds like you, we have some good news: Mito is looking for you!

Requirements

Your tasks will be

• support and take part in design, UX and research tasks.
• manage client relationships and keep contact with development partners.
• understand the clients’ needs and their clients’ needs - and make sure the UX team understands those as well. If only there was so much understanding in the world!
• negotiate with clients, take part in client meetings and present our ideas.
• organize research tasks.

We need you to have

• project management experience. Don’t panic if none of your previous job titles contain the letters P and M. If you demonstrate strong skills, you’re good.
• experience with or affinity for UX. Ideally you’ve already managed UX projects. Almost as ideally you dream of starting your first one.
• a researcher attitude, experience as a researcher could score you some bonus points.
• excellent Hungarian, but also courage to present and communicate in English. If you don’t require any courage for that, even better.

We will be made exceptionally happy if.

• you’ve already developed a close relationship with UX either via training or a project.
• you’ve survived at least one or two workshops as an organizer, and have maybe even liked those near-death experiences a little.
