For our Automotive Products Group’s European Supplier Quality Team in Hatvan we are now looking for a Supplier Development Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop Supplier and Process Quality functions within Europe in project and serial production phases
• Develop and coordinate suppliers to increase efficiency in launching of new components and technologies
• Ensure continuous improvements by proper implementation of APQP and PPAP processes
• Perform on-site supplier visits and lead suppliers’ activities such as sorts and reworks
• Identify appropriate actions depending on the results of Supplier Performance Ratings
• Provide recommendations for supplier selection for new parts and technologies
• Maintain and control of supplier related documentation and reporting activities

Requirements

• BSc or MSc degree in Engineering (specialization in Quality Management is preferred)
  
• 3-5 years experience in a similar position within the automotive industry
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and Automotive Core Tools (8D, FTA, Ishikawa, 5Why, FMEA)
• Fluent English language knowledge
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Flexibility for travelling
