We are developing software to make the life of Software Developers easier. Our flagship product, codebeamer is used in safety-critical software development in the Automotive, Aviation and Life Sciences industries. Work together with thought leaders of international companies and be part of our journey as we continue building the next generation of ALM.

With customer needs growing steadily, we are expanding our Development teams.

• Actively contribute to building your team of highly skilled Engineers
• Responsible for high quality and timely delivery of software releases
• Discuss requirements with clients
• Define user stories
• Define, distribute and follow up on development tasks
• Close cooperation with Lead Developers, Product Owners and Architects
• Lead and coordinate agile ceremonies
• People Management of Development team, including regular performance review
• You can code if you want to, but not mandatory

Requirements

• BSc or MSc degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar
• Business fluent in English and Hungarian
• At least 5 years of experience in software development of enterprise level products in an agile framework
• Java, Spring experience strongly preferred
• Strong technical background and quality mindset
• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Previous experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager or Development Lead
• Experience with Angular
