As a 'Customer Service Representative', you will be primarily responsible for providing Customer Support, Technical Support and E-commerce after-sales service via phone, chat, email and/or social media.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
*Full Training Program amp; Ongoing Support is provided.
• At least high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous Customer Service experience
• Positive and enthusiastic personality and approach to work
• Ability to take right decisions, a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to apply creativity to resolving problems
• Organised, accurate, with the ability to multi-task
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Willing to learn new skills and grow with the company
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently in English at all levels
• Both English amp; DUTCH (B2)
