For our Supply Chain Services Team in Hatvan we are now looking for a Officer Sourcing (Strategic Buyer).

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient implementation of the purchasing strategy defined for the plastic injected components and raw plastic materials category
• Selection of suppliers through the assessment of technical capabilities and comparing the offered materials with the specifications defined
• Manage price negotiations and preparation of all framework conditions of the contracts
• Maintain strong cooperation with engineering departments to understand the specification of materials required for production
• Monitoring and research market to identify new sourcing opportunities and potential savings
• Suggest improvements to existing procedure when and where needed

Requirements

• BSc or MSc degree in Engineering or Economics
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in purchasing
• Fluent English and Hungarian language skills (both oral and written) are required, every other foreign language is a plus
• Flexibility for travelling (cca. 30%)
• Ability to effectively manage time, set priorities and work independently
• Strong project and program organizational skills
• Accuracy and great attention to details
