Job Description

Join us as a CRM amp; Loyalty Account Manager to take a deep-dive in data-driven marketing, CRM solutions, marketing automation and conversational tech.


Requirements

Your tasks will be

  • Coordinating digital strategy planning activities of our key clients in cooperation with the Business Consultant team and the Client Success Manager
  • Managing design operation (creation of creative materials both for prints and for digital touchpoints) and CRM communication (email, SMS, chat) campaigns - from strategy to execution
  • Implementing loyalty programs both B2B and B2C and connected digital campaigns, end-to-end
  • You will be the dedicated SPOC for one of our key clients, responsible for coordinating a team of 6 colleagues from different fields (ie: designers, copywriters, technology project manager and business consultant)
  • Providing transparent status updates to stakeholders on a regular basis, flagging risks (we’ll provide you with flags of various colors, don’t worry)
  • Use Content Management Systems and project management software
  • Effective internal communication with the team (you know, the type where everyone understands everyone)

What we expect from you

  • You have good organizational and presenting skills
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in an account manager / digital manager / CRM manager or similar roles either on agency or on client side
  • You are precise and have a keen eye for details (caught it? great!)
  • You enjoy understanding the big picture in every situation
  • You are a team player and a good communicator
  • You are interested in learning more about digital solutions and how technology is used in marketing
  • You are on good terms with Microsoft’s infamous children (yes, it’s Excel, Word and Power Point! Plus we also like to use Google Sheets, Docs and Slides.)
  • Familiarity with the design thinking / service design disciplines and / or any previous project management experience is a plus (monumental university parties included)
  • Experience in email marketing and related tools is a plus
  • Excellent skills in Hungarian and English as you will have to use both in your day to day tasks
