Job Description
Reporting to the Global VAT Director, VAT Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for the execution of indirect tax compliance project management and act as key account manager to our clients, including monitoring the internal and the external deadlines, ensuring the successful migration and implementation into the Calendar of our TBI Comply platform. Work with internal and external business partners to ensure successful delivery of compliance services.
VAT Compliance Coordinator will be also responsible for supporting onboarding as project manager from Compliance Team side and for supporting legal transition aspect as well.
VAT Compliance Coordinator will also be involved in the actual VAT return preparation and delivery to learn more about tax and VAT.
Work closely with the Global VAT Director on any project management related matters.
Requirements
Proactive approach towards internal project management, especially managing the team/clients to keep internal and external deadlines.
Being motivated to familiarize yourself with the Comply platform related evolutions and especially to drive these process management technologies further in our day-to-day compliance business and that of our clients.
Set the tone in promoting risk management and compliance procedures to our clients and within our compliance team.
Operate and collaborate effectively with a mindset of change and process improvement both for our clients and within the business itself.
Directing and driving the success of multiple client engagements from compliance service coordination point of view.
Be responsible for managing workload within time constraints while providing a high-level of client satisfaction.
Interaction with VAT agents if needed for delivering timely compliance services.
Support the establishment, tracking and reporting of any new process metrics to ensure continual improvement of the tea
