Job Description
- Own and lead the service management unit that is a key part of the European merchant services operation
- Oversee all the local operation activities either outsourced or insourced
- Measure, manage and support 3rd parties providing any direct or indirect service to Euronet or its customers
- Manage and support daily operational processes, including but not limited to:
- Provide 2nd level support to local operations and handle escalations;
- Represent operation team in the User and Production Acceptance Tests (UAT and PAT)
- Customer support and related areas
- Terminal management and related activities,
- Maintenance of an up-to-date operational documentation framework
Requirements
- Great problem-solving skills, logical thinking, ability to work under strict deadlines,
- Highly organized with taking the initiative to continuously improve our processes,
- College degree and 3-5 years of experience in working in a similar, service focused position
- Experience in the card processing or terminal management industry or relevant area,
- Fluency in English (French, Italian or German is advantage)
