Job Description

  • Own and lead the service management unit that is a key part of the European merchant services operation
  • Oversee all the local operation activities either outsourced or insourced
  • Measure, manage and support 3rd parties providing any direct or indirect service to Euronet or its customers
  • Manage and support daily operational processes, including but not limited to:
  • Provide 2nd level support to local operations and handle escalations;
  • Represent operation team in the User and Production Acceptance Tests (UAT and PAT)
  • Customer support and related areas
  • Terminal management and related activities,
  • Maintenance of an up-to-date operational documentation framework

Requirements

  • Great problem-solving skills, logical thinking, ability to work under strict deadlines,
  • Highly organized with taking the initiative to continuously improve our processes,
  • College degree and 3-5 years of experience in working in a similar, service focused position
  • Experience in the card processing or terminal management industry or relevant area,
  • Fluency in English (French, Italian or German is advantage)
